Spurred on by his quest to bring what he sees as badly needed reforms to the criminal justice system and expose a truth that has been covered up by higher-ups for too long, author Randal R. Chance has penned "Carnal Society: The Texas-National Sex Scandal" (published by AuthorHouse) which exposes widespread sexual abuse, as well as physical and mental abuse, administered to incarcerated individuals in the criminal justice system.
Chance, having multiple years of experience in the criminal justice system throughout his life, pulls out all of the stops as he takes readers into the dark, deep hidden secrets covered up by senior management. Readers witness Chance, armed with media crews, attack the problem of sexual, physical and mental abuse to prisoners head-on. He also shows readers how millions of Americans have been deceived for years about the treatment of thousands of inmates.
A partial sequel to his first book, "Raped by the State," "Carnal Society" takes readers through page after page of illegal activities, public corruption and rogue justice systems that he attempted to eradicate while still acting as state inspector general.
An excerpt from "Carnal Society":
"The justice system has become a dynasty of corruption and cover-up of abuses that allows mistreatment of those that the system should protect and allows the 'raping of the public' by rogue officials."
"I hope readers will become aware of the real truth and not rumors after reading through my book," says Chance. "Take private and public actions to stop the 'rape by the state' by communicating with public officials to correct the sickening conditions."
