Rachel G. Carrington Shares THE EARLY YEARS

When she was a teenager, Rachel G. Carrington left home and never looked back. The oldest of 11 children, she never shared a bond with her younger sisters. Later in life, she and her sisters hosted "sister sessions" with their daughters. It was in those moments that Carrington spoke of her life's multifaceted journey. Throughout "The Early Years" and the rest of Carrington's series, readers learn of Carrington's early teenage years and her life as she meets her husband-to-be, a returning World War II veteran. The book reveals Carrington and her husband's journey as they make life decisions and struggle to maintain their relationship while making a life for themselves and their children.
