PARK CITY, Utah, Sept. 21, 2016 /PRNewswire/ Pulitzer Publishing International announces its upcoming book: Pulitzer, Me, and Wells Fargo, by Bo Bernhardt. It's a true first account expose of the ordinary man who was destroyed at the hands of our nation's banks during the Great Recession of 2008 and of the ongoing corruption inside the walls of Wells Fargo, the world's largest bank. This book will prove Wells Fargo's current woes are merely the tip of the iceberg and whose actions, current and past, are orchestrated.

Even more, the book is modern day Grapes of Wrath. John Steinbeck in a letter to his agent Elizabeth Otis wrote, "I want to put a tag of shame on the greedy bastards who are responsible for this (the Great Depression) but I can best do it through newspapers."Bernhardt's goal is precisely the same except his mission is about the Great Recession of 2008.

Pulitzer, Me and Wells Fargo is a unique, unconventional, funny, gut wrenching, and very genuine story of the recession and the pain and suffering tens of millions around the globe experienced.

"For Pulitzer a news story was always a story. . . . To the upper classes, it was sensationalism. To the lower and working classes, it was their life. When they looked at Pulitzer's newspaper the World, they found stories about their world."

James McGrath Morris, Pulitzer:
A Life in Politics, Print, and Power

"When they looked at Pulitzer's newspaper they found stories about their world." This is that story today. It is a story of the people, about the people, and by one of the people. Pulitzer's World has come full circle: the Great Depression ended Pulitzer's newspaper and the Great Recession would end his fortune.

When Pulitzer was alive he went after Banker J.P. Morgan. Pulitzer also sent his reporter, Nellie Bly, into Madhouse for ten days undercover. Nellie would discover murder, corruption and abuse.

In following in the footsteps of Joseph Pulitzer, founder of the Pulitzer Prize, Bernhardt seeks employment in Wells Fargo. Like Nellie Bly he will discover murder, corruption and abuse.

Pulitzer's newspaper may be gone, his fortune vanished, his voice silenced, and his life forgotten, but Bo Bernhardt has brought his spirit back to life. This is Joseph Pulitzer like he has never been portrayed before, brought to life through a kindred spirit who shares the outrage and fury that stoked Pulitzer's passion for justice.

About Pulitzer Publishing International LLC: PPI is a new publishing company formed in honor of Joseph Pulitzer. It's goal is topublish works in the vein of "If Pulitzer were alive today what would he report on and, what would he publish." Mike Bernhardt, a former banker, is the founder of Pulitzer Publishing International LLC.
