Randy Winston Hillier's "Teeneagram" is an introductory guide to help teens and young adults understand their personalities and the way they interact in the world.
Based on the system called the Enneagram, readers will learn what makes people think and behave in certain ways. A card game is included in the book to assist in determining the reader's type and how the individual fits into the system.
There are currently no other books on the Enneagram available for young adults and teens. As a licensed marriage, family, and child therapist, Hillier is passionate about the Enneagram and wrote the book for the benefit of youth in the process of finding themselves.
"I want teens to be exposed to material that explains how one's inner life is organized and how one's attention is directed and influences one's personality," said Hillier. "Early awareness helps readers realize how identity is formed and the behaviors associated with it."
"Teeneagram" offers a brand-new way of understanding as young people develop their identities and choose paths in life. Furthermore, the book helps the reader understand relationships and why people choose certain friends and romantic interests.
