Presenting the Church's Faults on Social Justice Image Based on his knowledge and experiences, Thomas Wade has concluded that the liberal clergy run the United Methodist Church and have placed their political agenda ahead of the responsibility to the Holy Trinity and the Church, confusing social justice with Christianity. "An Indictment of the American Clergy" explains how to end racism and other social issues in the US by using Christianity that is not related to social justice.

Using verses from the Bible, Wade offers support that social justice is not Christian.

"The United Methodists have gone 49 consecutive years losing attendance and the clergy have blamed everything for the losses except themselves," said Wade. "I used to put the clergy on a pedestal, which I should not have done, but my frustration over losing attendance has turned into a little bit of anger as I fully absorb the decades of excuses that are false."

"An Indictment of the American Clergy" explains how the clergy are trying to deal with several political issues such as gun violence, immigration, and racism by using social justice and are failing because of their misunderstanding of Christianity.
