Carena del Uno, a student of spiritual and metaphysical teachings, shares insights gleaned from life's challenges in her new book "Welcoming Oneness." She was given verses and poems from the immaterial realms that were key in overcoming those challenges. As she shares these learned truths with her audience, she hopes to help people expand their consciousness and find gentle ways to make choices.

"Each of us is given certain challenges on our journey to awaken us to new truths, expand our consciousness, and show us better ways to conduct our lives," del Uno says.

The verses in del Uno's book teach people to value themselves and their challenges. It encourages people to work with setbacks as they can lead to joy through an expanding of consciousness.

Carena del Uno is a long-time student of the spiritual realm. After 12 years of higher education, she could not find what she sought until she joined The Rosicrucian Order, AMORC. She has been co-facilitator of the Temple of Truth and was elected Master of the TraditionAl Martinist Order for Southern California for two years.
