Poetry Book Inspires Emotional and Spiritual Healing ImageKristina Goltsis marks her publishing debut with the release of "Phoenix Feathers" (published by Balboa Press in September 2017). To purchase and know more about the book, readers can visit https://www.amazon.com/Phoenix-Feathers-Kristina-Goltsis/dp/1504388852.

"Phoenix Feathers" is a spiritually charged collection of poetry written to heal and inspire. Composed into chapters representing birth, death and rebirth, the book will grip the readers through thoughtful contemplation and leave them feeling hopeful and inspired.

The book combines the unique elements of both traditional and contemporary styles of poetry. Goltsis pens each piece so that when read from beginning to end, it can be perceived as a stream-of-consciousness storyline.

"With mental health concerns becoming more and more desperate within our communities, I can only hope that 'Phoenix Feathers' might contribute to a solution. By opening up the conversation through introspection, mindfulness, art and community, I truly believe that a foundation for healing can emerge," Goltsis shares.
