Carena del Uno, the author and poet who recently brought "Welcoming Oneness" to poetry lovers last February 19, 2013, returns to weave her literary magic with her second collection of poems in her new book, titled In The Heart of Forever. The author continues what she has beautifully started in her debut book. This time, after encouraging readers to open their hearts and minds to the wondrous beauty of being, she empowers them to burst forth from the seed and expand toward full growth and potential.

"When the heart swells with love or the mind soars with inspiration such that you want to keep the feeling forever, you either sing of your joy to the heavens or write it for posterity," the author states. "These poems are the journal of the first 30 years of my mystical life. Each of them held an illumination following a learning experience. Many gave me faith, courage, peace or understanding years later. Having been blessed with these writings, I wanted to share them."

A sampling of the author's captivating writing is shown below:

Your Seed

O divine and beautiful friend what makes you so to strive?
Know you not, like the apple tree, that your seed of unfoldment's inside?

'Twas mind that implanted the restless thought that growth was to be earned
as it fashioned the pillars of consciousness in order that you might learn.

Yet heart knows your seed's true nurturing ground lies deep within your core
where only through Peace, Love and Wonderment can you sprout Life a little bit more.

So become thee the child and relax in God's Grace;
dance in the Sunlight; smile in your space.

For remember - you are neither building up nor down
but unfolding to a Love that's true
that opens forth to the simple and profound
where you'll find that the One Seed is YOU!

Years of illuminated teachings from a number of advanced metaphysicians and spiritual guides gave the author a reservoir of life lessons which she now, in turn, tries to put into practice. These taught her that "the planet and all on it are in a transformative period, and, as life's energy is seemingly escalating, our challenges and choices are escalating also." This is the very wellspring from which the book draws its relevance.

Deeply personal yet truly universal, In The Heart of Forever consists of mystical, spiritual and self-help teachings presented through the simple, gentle and concise medium of poetry. It seeks to bestow upon readers the gifts of love, peace, a positive approach to life, and the feeling of beneficence that underlies all of creation. This is yet another collection of poems that will help to relieve stress and encourage inner communion.

About the Author

Carena del Uno has seen three generations populating the earth, each with a different expression. She has experienced three cycles of her personal life, each with a different focus: the first, exploring the world as a child; the second, actively participating in life; and the third, delving into the mysteries of self and creation. She is now within another chamber of awareness - one that integrates all; one that she is prompted from within to share. She says she is not a master, only a student who loves God, nature and humanity. Her goal is wisdom blended with unconditional love.
