Mario Lopez is currently the host of TV's second-longest-running entertainment show, Extra, and MTV's highest-rated program, Randy Jackson Presents America's Best Dance Crew, and plays Dr. Mike Hamoui on FX's hit show Nip/Tuck. He is also a recurring commentator for HBO Boxing. In 2008, Mario was named People's Hottest Bachelor, after becoming one of the most famous finalists of ABC's Dancing with the Stars and making his Broadway debut in A Chorus Line. Among an array of other memorable acting and hosting roles, Mario is fondly remembered as the character A.C. Slater on the wildly popular 1990s sitcom Saved by the Bell. In addition to Extra Lean, he is also the author of the fitness memoir, Knockout Fitness and Mud Tacos, a fun story about family, games, and growing up. He lives in Los Angeles, California.
