Unlike any other book, this publication by Philip J. Grimm will provide a new paradigm for understanding the world. This biblical criticism "attacks commonly held beliefs about who and what God is, who and what the human soul is, and the true nature of the cosmos in which we live in." In this daring and direct read, the reader can learn the "story which humanity is not quite ready to receive" through "Lifting the Veil" (published by AuthorHouse).
With bold honesty, Grimm warns the readers that "this is a short but complicated book." "Lifting the Veil" is not intended to be an easy read, the author further explains. Moreover, in the first chapter, he intends to "weed out those opposed to the intent of this book." He compares this publication with fairy tale stories that weave darkness and unpleasant situations with the ultimate revelation of the truth. With this, the author stresses that:
"God is not dead; in fact, God is very much alive and interacts with you every night, in your dreams. Life here on earth is an extended audition for life in Heaven. Most of us have no idea how actively involved God is in our lives and we have no idea of the stage upon which our life it set."
Furthermore:
"Humanity is not the Homo sapiens. The Homo sapiens has been hijacked by another specie[s]-the Humanitas Eternitas: a specie[s] we know as the human soul. The holy literature is an instruction manual for telling the larval Humanitas Eternitas how to live as a human being."
With the modern society not giving importance to the human soul and no thought at all to the importance of human death, Grimm provides a new way in which "to think of us as individuals."
"If the reader has simple, straightforward thoughts about God and religion, then this is probably not a book for them," Grimm explains. "If the reader has complicated ideas and complicated questions about God and humanity, and if that person is willing to work a little at reading, this is the book for them."
