End-of-life care isn't a topic many want to face. With "I'm Here for the Bath" (published by Balboa Press), author Peter Rolita aims to provide hope and inspiration for anyone at, or soon to be at, this part of life's journey.

"I wanted to tell people about my work with hospice patients and their caregivers," Rolita says. "I had not seen a book about hospice written by a hospice aide."

Drawing from decades of experience as a hospice aide, "I'm Here for the Bath" provides an inside look at this sensitive part of life. Utilizing his experience of providing hands-on bedside care, Rolita has compiled an inside look at the world of hospice care that he says will bring the topic to the forefront of conversation in a way that is supportive and informative.

"When readers finish my book, I want them to have a better understanding of dying and have tools they can use when they or someone in their life dies," Rolita explains. "Most people fear what they do not understand. My book gives people a good understanding they can work from and use when the time comes to face end-of-life issues."
