Paul Daugherty was born in Baltimore Maryland in the summer of 1953, the oldest of five kids raised on classics like The Twilight Zone, Outer Limits and Alfred Hitchcock Presents. He was an English Major in high school who never pursued college, but always retained a passion to write. You kill them the same way as the ones still breathing air. Again, how would a person make that call? That all boils down to how important a person's life is to them.
