About the Author

Patricia Princeton was born on a farm in the Carolinas and spent her childhood there. Her mother moved her and her brother to New York when she was 13 years old. She persevered through junior high, high school, art school and then college in spite of a seemingly unending string of difficult circumstances. Her interest in art dates back to grammar school. Teaching was her chosen profession so she could teach what she loved to do and she taught for 30 years. She earned her doctoral equivalency but had no interest in administration or having the letters behind her name or being called 'Doctor Princeton'. She retired back to the Carolinas and focused on her artwork and writing. Her writing involved doing research papers as part of the research committee at a local museum. She has had one of those research papers published in a German magazine.
