About the Author
Patricia Peterson was born in Miami, Florida. She attended South Beach Elementary and St. Patrick's school. After school, she attended the Park's Program and won awards in many sports including state championships. She graduated from Miami-Dade Jr. College and the University of Florida with a B.A.E. Degree in Education. When recertifying, she attended the University of Miami, Barry College, and Florida International University. Peterson taught kindergarten to 6th grade. Following 45 rewarding years of teaching and 40 years with U.T.D, she retired in 2011 and will devote herself to writing.
