Informative and filled with insights, Who Runs Your House: The Kids or You? shares a myriad of useful tips that can make a huge difference in one's family life. Created by family counsellor, Karen Phillip, this selection guides mothers, fathers and caregivers as they learn the ropes of parenting.
Parents oftentimes find themselves lost when it comes to making the right decisions at home due to their own fears and inhibitions. The result is the role-reversal between them and their children. Over the past decades, this has become the number one reason why youngsters are engaging in dangerous vices and undisciplined habits. Who Runs Your House: The Kids or You? puts a stop to this by teaching parents the importance of taking control over the household and taking the steering wheel when it comes to directing their children's path.
A must-have for every home, this manual will not only strengthen the bond between family members, but at the same time, it brings forth a whole new understanding of what it truly means to raise children. A book that will guide readers in rearing balance, happy and loving kids, this selection is an inspiring tool that may just mean the difference between misery and a fulfilling family life. ¬

Parents now seem scared to set appropriate boundaries, and their children are ruling their homes and lives. This needs to stop, the role of the parent is to parent, to guide, teach and to role model for our children, as this is how every child learns values, standards and boundaries.
