Omar Halouane is a native of Northern Africa in Morocco. He was born in 1955 to Berber-Amazigh parents,. He speaks Tamazight, French, English, Arabic and a bit Spanish.He was a student in the Faculty of Sciences -Morocco, in the Superior School of Engineers, France and in the College of Thomas Edison for more than 4 years with two Bachelors earned in 2011: BA , and BSBA in 2014.
