Omaha Divorce Attorney Releases New Book on Post-Separation Parenting

OMAHA, Neb., Oct. 5, 2018 /PRNewswire/ Omaha divorce attorney Angela Dunne, managing partner of the family law firm of Koenig Dunne, has released a new book on post-separation parenting Patched Up Parenting and will be signing copies at a book release party on Thursday, Oct. 11, 2018, from 5-7 p.m. at the old Maryland Theatre, 1425 S. 13 thStreet, Omaha.

In Patched Up Parenting, Dunne offers a guide to help divorced parents overcome the challenges of post-separation parenting, demonstrating how it can be easier and better for your children as she shares real life experiences of her clients and her own post-divorce life with her two daughters.

"I was inspired to write this book after my divorce in 2011, when I found that many of the problems my clients faced, I now faced," said Dunne. "As a result of my divorce, I understood on a deeper level the struggle for parents, and wanted to find a way to let them know they weren't alone in their struggles. I wanted to make co-parenting easier and more workable for them."

She co-authored the second edition ofDivorce In Nebraska: The Legal Process, Your Rights and What to Expectwith Koenig Dunne founding partner Susan Ann Koenig.Dunne also authors the blog, Doing Divorce: A Thoughtful Discussion About Divorce, which features practical advice based on real experiences of what she and her clients have faced during the transition of divorce.

Dunne is a fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers, a Martindale Hubbell AV Rated Attorney, was named one of the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys Top Ten Attorneys for the State of Nebraska, a Super Lawyers 2014 and 2015 Rising Star, 2017 Great Plains Super Lawyer, and was voted Best of the Big O's Best Divorce Attorney multiple times.
