Once Upon a Time is set to get the graphic novel treatment.
According to USA Today, Marvel and ABC are partnering to produce a comic of the hit fairy tale show, titled ONCE UPON A TIME: SHADOW OF THE QUEEN.

Corinna Bechko, best known for writing STAR WARS LEGACY, will also co-write, along with ONCE UPON A TIME's producer and executive story editor.
The book will be comprised of five distinct chapters, all illustrated by different artists. Those featured include Stephanie Hans, Mike Henderson, Vasilis Lolos, Nimit Malavia, and Mike Del Mundo.
According to the report, SHADOW OF THE QUEEN is set "mostly in Fairy Tale Land and is set during a period begun in one episode, where the Huntsman is ordered by the Queen (Lana Parrilla) to kill Snow White (Ginnifer Goodwin) and bring back her heart. He lets Snow go instead, and the Queen rips out the Huntsman's heart, which she then uses to control him.
The graphic novel explores the Huntsman's forced servitude to the Queen against his will, and how complicated that relationship can be when, during an especially harsh winter, the Queen schemes again to get Snow."
