"The primary purpose was to make available to man on Earth The Almighty's Religion of the Universe," says translator Nick Mezins about his The Tidings Series. In the first book of the series, "The Tidings: Volume One, November 1943 to January 1945" (published by Trafford Publishing), Mezins provides guiding principles, suggestions and examples of how readers can best live their life's purpose.

From the very beginning, Mezins makes clear the origins of "The Tidings." "For starters, I did not write this book, did not originate it," he says. "I merely translated it. I inherited the material in this book from my parents - long since deceased. They were members of a small group with whom The Almighty's spirits conversed. As the spirits themselves have said, it is immaterial why these particular people were selected, and why the particular method of communication was used. The only thing that is important is the information that has been conveyed."

When Mezins's parents died, he inherited an extensive manuscript of the typed conversations between his parents and spirits. It would take more than 10 years for Mezins to translate and compile the work into The Tidings Series.

The Tidings Series consists of six volumes of work. Highly concentrated, The Tidings Series relays the teachings of God, while touching on the meanings behind our most tragic events and the existence of life on other planets.

"This book is intended for people who are capable and want to think for themselves," says Mezins. "It is for individuals who are not satisfied with what the current religions provide or insist on. It is for individuals who see no reason why science and religion could not work hand in hand for the overall benefit of humanity."
