Set in modern-day London, "Carousel" tells the story of an ordinary Indian family who becomes enveloped in London's glamourous, extraordinary underworld. The central characters are Rajesh and his wife, Tanya. Their lives are forever changed when Rajesh is seduced by the charm of London gangster Regan and the intimate delights of Bev, an adultress. He quickly gets drawn into a world of fraud, gang activity and infidelity.
