The first talks about Jeffries' experiences as a counselor and her past experience as a survivor of sexual abuse and satanic ritual abuse. The second section gives the reader additional in-depth information on each of the women of the Bible and what they might look like if they were alive today.

Jeffries says she wants readers to take away from her book that: "That women are just as good at working within their faith as men. No better than men but equal to men. God always meant women to be equal to men, it's been man who has twisted that theory. I prove that through scripture."
