Arulliah introduces the principles and practice — including action plans — readers need to adopt to tap into those potentials. The book talks about self-love, self-care, self-talk, setting intentions, setting momentum, developing intuition, living in the now and being in love. She guarantees that by adopting the simple rituals, one can witness a magical transformation of their life. Along with the behaviors, Arulliah presents scientific explanations for why they are effective.
“Everyone has got unlimited potentials in achieving their goals,” Arulliah says. “This book guides you in that process. … Find yours and live your desired life.”
