New Self-Improvement Book Offers Strategies to Replace Anxiety With... Image When anxious, the entire body, mind and emotions gets involved, Mia Villatora and Jennifer Marsland’s new book, “Anxiety, You’re Fired: Inner Calm, You’re Hired” (published by Balboa Press AU), helps separate each of these areas into manageable compartments where readers can begin to take control.

Written in everyday language, “Anxiety, You’re Fired” provides methods to free readers from anxiety’s interference in life. Through over a decade of collective evaluation, experience with clients and their own journeys, Villatora and Marsland share a simple approach towards anxiety that will give people hope. The book provides exercises integrating body and mind that work. They believe people can take charge of their anxiety and gain the freedom that is rightfully theirs.

“No matter what your story is, by taking a fresh look at anxiety’s root in this easy-to-read book, you can feel calmer, safer and back in charge,” say Villatora and Marsland.
