Leaders are called to make the right choice when it matters most, which can be a daunting and difficult task. In his professional experience, leadership expert Lloyd Amstrup, has seen the value of self-examination and reflection in regards to decision making. Now, Amstrup shows how self-awareness sets leaders on a path to success in "Found Treasure: Gems of Great Leadership and Personal Skills."

"Found Treasure" is designed to help readers build their leadership skills, learn to make informed choices and shape their personal brand. Amstrup shares his "Five F's to a Successful Life" and helps individuals define his or her personal aspirations. The subjects include faith, failure, family, fear, feelings, focus, flexibility, forgiveness, freedom, fruitfulness, friendship, future, funniness, framework and fundamentals.

"Leaders often stumble, when they fail to balance their emotions with thoughtful contemplation," Amstrup said. "Found Treasure heightens self-awareness in making everyday choices. On the way to growing and improving as a leader, an individual needs to examine their own goals, values and characteristics."
