Author Marc Thomas looks at the crucial differences between a boss and a leader in his helpful new nonfiction, "Is Your Boss A Moron?" (published by AuthorHouse), a book written for supervisors and employees alike.

"With the unemployment situation as it is today, bosses are taking even more advantage of their employees because they know how difficult it is for their employees to find another job," Thomas writes. According to Thomas, this attitude is one of the things that separates a boss from a true leader.

Written in an informative, entertaining style, "Is Your Boss A Moron?" focuses on improving supervision and seeks to turn bosses into leaders. The book also contains a wealth of advice for employees when dealing with a difficult boss.

"I would like the reader to know that they are not the only one to have a boss instead of a leader to work with," Thomas explains. "I would like bosses to know that they can become leaders and gain the respect of their staff and the results they would like from their staff."
