Whether it's squeezed by money, time (or lack thereof), relationships, family, ego, or success, many today are pulled into a dizzying array of directions. With more and more challenges and pressures in the fast-paced world, it becomes increasingly difficult for many to just make it through the day. Fortunately help is available with the newly released Squeezed series of books, trainings, and packages offering the perfect storytelling motivation for young and old alike (http://www.squeezed.us).

The Squeezed book series and trainings focuses on providing real strategies to use on a daily basis to hit the refresh button and strive to live a happy, healthy, inspired lifestyle. The main book in the series Squeezed: Make Life's Juice Worth the Squeeze (212 pages) provides ways to pause and recognize ones squeezes (life challenges) and desired juices (goals) and then to work towards making a positive change. It doesn't offer fluff, but proven tools, techniques and useful stats that will make a difference. Readers will be able to relate personally to the concepts provided and find their own unique ways to create applicable life strategies to better stretch out and find joy through self-awareness of daily challenges and fulfillment in everyday living. The book also offers ways for managing time through life's squeezes more effectively and so much more.

The accompanying children's book, Lucky Am I is an educational book designed to help children positively cope with different situations when they feel stressed. This beautifully illustrated children's book will encourage kids to seek out and share solutions to solve problems using a positive attitude and resolution-based strategies, just like mom and dad do in their daily work lives. Best yet, they go on an amazing adventure of a lifetime through the story of Lucky the Lemon, who will surely become their new best friend.

Squeezed was founded when Eric Benson, had a loved one struggling with life's squeezes (challenges). It was then that Benson knew the experiences of starting and running a fast-growing, multi-million dollar telecom company from a TV tray table with only a cell phone and shoe-string budget, and well over 21 years of sales and leadership training, could make a difference to others. Benson set out to make positive changes and create the "Squeezed" movement utilizing personal successes and Benson's own unique teachings.

When asked about this latest book, Benson commented: "I am excited to bring these books to life and share the philosophy I've learned by not only running a million dollar company, but raising three beautiful children and marrying my wife as well. Storytelling stores memories and I wanted to give readers an emotional connection to the concepts. Our vision is to help others be happy, healthy and inspired in life. Our mission is to inspire people every day and especially those that are truly "Squeezed" by life. We plan on doing that through our books, care packages (PSIYQ boxes), Benson's speaking opportunities, and by finding worthwhile causes to partner with and give back. Our commitment at Squeezed is to put "Cause Before Cash" and giveback to people in need every time our cash register rings. That is how we can truly make a difference."

In addition to the books, Squeezed also offers care packages that promote happy, healthy, inspired lifestyles. Each section of the program helps inspire others to find something to do, someone to love and something to hope for. Benson donates a portion of the proceeds from each PSIYQ to organizations that help people live happy lives. Benson is available for corporate and business speaking opportunities.

The Squeezed series is published by Squeezed Press and available for sale on the company's website http://www.squeezed.us and Amazon.

In the words of the author, why not start a Squeezed revolution today and make life's juice worth the squeeze? Together let's build a brighter tomorrow for not only our children, but for all.
