About the Author
A lifelong educator and art lover, Henry P. Traverso grew up in a family of painters and has spent a lifetime researching art history. A graduate of Holy Cross College, he received a master's degree from Trinity College in Hartford, Conn., and a doctorate from the University of Connecticut.
