New Guide Focuses on Identifying Relationship Issues, Fixing Them Image The new relationship guidebook, “Before You Love Again” (published by Balboa Press), by Barbara S. Tucciarone, PsyD., will help people understand their relationship failures and provide them with the practical tactics needed to avoid more failed relationships and heartache. The book is available for purchase at: https://www.amazon.com/Before-Love-Again-Barbara-Tucciarone/dp/1982200928.

Relationship endings offer opportunities for growth, self-awareness and change according to Tucciarone. The basic theme is the importance of attaining closure. The book provides the reader with tools to become more self-aware, understand the power of self-limiting beliefs and learn why they repeat relationship patterns. Tucciarone also offers strategies readers can use to release blame, resolve latent issues, and live with themselves as they cultivate habits of forgiveness, meditation and gratitude.

“Everyone wants to LOVE and BE LOVED. We dream of enjoying a successful relationship that is nurturing and uplifting,” Tucciarone says. “However, most people do not know how to do this. Many people are looking for the relationship to MAKE THEM happy, rather than improving the relationship within themselves.”
