One very unique mother-turned-author has taken a common homemaker struggle - losing laundry - and transformed it into an adventure for kids.
"I've found that many children's books are boring to read and seem somewhat pointless," Grande said. "My boys and I enjoy books that have a little kick to them. If I can enjoy reading the book, I tend to make it more fun for my kids. The book is based on a real life story that happens daily in our house and in households across the world. These poor items need love too!"
Grande's personal story and vision of family is one many mothers will relate to. Grande, a single parent, utilized artificial insemination after deciding she wanted to have children. Since the birth of her two sons, she is passionate about writing stories for the little ones in life. She is also a fulltime caretaker to her grandmother.
"Fluffy's Book" is the charming tale of a slipper who just wants to be found so he can keep a little boy's foot warm once again. It is the quintessential, quick, fun read for any child with a beloved possession.
