New Book Seeks to Re-Energize Young Christians and Their Faith... Image Author Richard B. Fratianne wants to encourage the younger generation to reach their true potential, and in his new book, "Is Heaven a Place?", he strives to point readers' moral compass in the right direction.

After noticing the constant technological advances happening in the world, Dr. Fratianne started to see many begin to abandon their faith entirely and instead rely on misinformation presented across social sites such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and others.

"Social media distributes a wide array of information, including secular ideals that have limited or no validity," Dr. Fratianne said. "I wanted to offer a modern perspective on specific Bible scriptures."

Due to the evolution of technology and social media, the increasingly progressive political climate and the heavy influence of pop culture is being produced by today's society and many feel they are being forced to abandon their values and choose between their society and sense of culture or their faith in God.

Dr. Fratianne translates familiar biblical stories and events into modern metaphors so younger readers can have a better understanding of their meaning and importance in a present-day context.

In "Is Heaven a Place?" Dr. Fratianne shows how to live faithful values effectively in this emerging, technology-driven and progressively unethical society.
