What causes failure among most individuals and societies? In her newest book, "Let Them Grumble" (published by AuthorHouse UK) author Nabelah Al-Neghaimshi explores this question as she reveals valuable insights on how to conquer the obstacles, rise with courage and achieve one's greatest aspirations in life.

"Let Them Grumble" is a motivational self-help guide that presents the issue of change from the rarely-seen perspective of Arab and Islamic cultures. In this book, Al-Neghaimshi unmasks the seven habits of the most underdeveloped and less effective people and communities objectively. She also discusses some of the stereotypes that have controlled people's thinking and have hindered many from realizing their dreams. The book offers a leeway towards gaining a positive self-esteem, learning how to cultivate courage and practicing a lifestyle of self affirmation.

The author encourages her readers to start with the self before they turn their goals outwards. This, the author believes, is the most difficult and thus the most important feat to overcome for it is only in mastering the self can one truly dedicate himself in service of others and the world.

"The individual is the basis of society, and his loss is a loss to the community," says Al-Neghaimshi. "Some give up their dreams and bury their strengths and talents because of their destructive thoughts, an absence of courage, lack of appreciation and weak self-confidence. Through life, we need to believe in person's ability to lead and direct his thoughts towards what helps him achieve his goals and success regardless of the circumstances. Gaining enough courage to change, initiate, and start can get us a life compatible with our high standards; if we desire. So get ready to burn your boat, stir up courage and let the critics grumble."
