In "A Framework For Improving School Systems in the Twenty-first Century" (published by Xlibris), author Owen A. Roberts creates a book that is patterned after his years of experience as an educator and provides schools with simple yet effective measures to improve school performance.

"A Framework For Improving School Systems in the Twenty-first Century" describes and inspires new ways to think about and make functional school and school system improvement that is sustainable and innovative. Its concepts and principles are embedded in five decades of evidence-based research which are distilled into concise and understandable formats. This book speaks to a comprehensive and coherent approach to think and solve big problems in education globally. It does this by focusing on 'root cause' issues in teaching and learning that limit student learning and achievement and suppresses school performance.

This book also proposes evidence-based solutions to understand and apply strategies that foster a culture for sustainable, continuous growth and improvement for all students and teachers.
