New Book Announces Publications, Speeches and Interviews on PPP

Dr. Hafis M. Salikhov graduated from Kazan State Aviation Institute; Faculty "Radio-electronic device" (1974). He was awarded with a Certificate in a Market Degree program from Harvard University and John F. Kennedy School of Government, Executive Education (2011).He has a scientific degree as Doctor of Physics and Mathematics (2011). He was also a director of the Agency for International cooperation development under Cabinet of Ministers Republic of Tatarstan. Dr. Salikhov was a Minister of Trade and Foreign Economic Cooperation in the Republic of Tatarstan (10 years) and was a Member of Parliament (State Duma), Federal Assembly Russian Federation (4 years). He is an honored economist for the Republic of Tatarstan, Honorary co-Chairman of the International Tax and Investment Center, Member, UNECE Team of Specialists on PPP Avorded Honorary Diploma of the President Russian Federation and President Republic of Tatarstan
