New Book Aims to Empower Women to Create a Life That They Love Image A story of personal growth, Robin Joy Meyers' new book, "Alone but Not Lonely: Reclaim Your Identity and Be Unapologetically You" (published by Balboa Press), seeks to inspire women to find their new beginning through the author's example.

Beginning with Meyers' own story, "Alone but Not Lonely" is a story of personal growth and change that is intended to motivate women to analyze their lives. With six easy-to-follow steps, the story teaches readers ways to find alignment and balance to become authentically themselves in business and in life. Believing that all are destined to live as a powerful individual, Meyers hopes to empower women to "live their best self."

"I think the readers will find this book very relatable and find tools and strategies that they can put to use immediately," Meyers says. "Often women put themselves last in their personal and professional life. As women become more independent, they cannot be successful unless they show up as truly real, authentic and their vulnerable self. This book allows you to take this journey."
