The author's conclusion and recommendations have been developed throughout his reading and through his own experience as a church planter.

About the Author
John Buffington is a graduate of the Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary located in Wake Forest, North Carolina with a MDV in Church Planting. He holds a PhD. in Church History from the Newburg Theological Seminary and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from East Carolina University and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Care Administration from the George Washington University. He served in the US Navy for twenty-five years. He has held several senior administrative positions, before he entered the seminary at the age of sixty-two. He is currently the pastor of the Minersville Community Church which he and his wife planted in 2008.
