Necia J., a woman with a relaxed and fun-loving personality, grew up as the youngest of three children in a military household. Born in the summer of 1985, in New York, she spent most of her childhood overseas. During her early teenage years, Necia J. and her family moved back to the United States, where she graduated from high school in New Jersey and received her bachelor's degree in Michigan and associate degree in North Carolina.
