Nancy Copenhafer Releases, 'Crossing the Brain-Body Barrier' Image As a massage therapist, an energy healer and a registered nurse, Nancy Copenhafer, RN, LMT has worked with thousands of clients over the years to learn how life affects the mind, body and spirit. Each of her clients has a unique life experience, however, Copenhafer clarifies that the basics for self-awareness are universal. With this, she penned "Crossing the Brain-Body Barrier: Uniting Mind and Body" (published by Balboa Press), a workbook that can be used by anyone who are interested in self-awareness.

According to Copenhafer, the workbook is geared towards helping people become more connected. It presents ideas, thought-provoking questions and exercises to inspire readers to analyze their life, actions and emotions in a different way. This new thought pattern could then bring a new sense of awareness in life and how readers live.

"Anyone who's interested in self-improvement may benefit from the thoughtful questions and exercises," says Copenhafer on her book's potential appeal to readers. "It provides physical and mental exercises to complete to help readers start or continue the self-awareness process."

With the book, Copenhafer hopes to guide readers towards a better understanding of how they typically respond to the environment by analyzing thought processes and physical and emotional responses. With a clearer sense of self, readers can examine how they interact with family, friends, work and the general environment.
