MIRAMAR, Fla.

Author Moisa J. Wroy reinforces her mark in the literary world with the publication of "The New Girl" (published by Xlibris). This compelling story follows a teenager's struggle in life, an occurrence that many young adults will find relatable.

Cloe is an average, shy teenage girl, or so she thought. Cloe soon moves to this new town where she meets two boys who will affect her life greatly. She finds out things she never knew existed. She did things she never thought she would and along the way, many tears were shed, but in the end, she discovered that all was worth it.

"Each day is a new day in our life and we never know what tomorrow can bring," Wroy says. "We may discover that we are not what we used to think that we are and we will have to face it with understanding and perspicacity."

With the influence of the many movies she saw, enhanced by her vivid imagination, Wroy is able to deliver a realistic depiction of what life is like for many teenagers out there - especially the ones who are new in a certain place. Her story about "The New Girl" is a story of personal discovery that inspires readers, especially teenagers, to discover the real them and not let others define who they really are.

About the Author
Born in Haiti, Moisa J. Wroy came to live in Miramar with her mother during her last kindergarten year. At her first communion, she surprised the audience by singing two songs. Since then, she has been invited to sing a variety of songs (religious, pop songs, a capella or with band or karaoke) in many places and always received ovations. Apart from singing, Wroy has also developed a passion for writing stories, musicals and books, surprising both her friends and parents.
