When she starts dating Brian, however, things change. She becomes pregnant, at 15. When her mother decides to abort the unplanned child, life is never going to be the same for her.

Michele Burden attended Lake Taylor High School in Norfolk, Virginia, where she first decided to begin her writing career. She is a devoted mother of three beautiful children. Her motivation is to show her children that they can achieve whatever they like in life as long as they follow and believe in their dreams.
