According to kidshealth.org, bullying in school has become a problem that affects millions of students, has everyone worried-not just the bullied but also the parents, teachers and other adults who may not realize the impact of the situation to both the bully and the bullied. In an inspiring tale that moves around this crucial issue, author Michael T. Dealy gives strength and insight to his readers on how to handle bullying in a very positive way through his new book, Isabella and the Little Green Lantern.

This book follows the story of Isabella, a nice little girl who thinks school is a place to make friends and finds out that it can also be a place of painful bullying. Her family just moved from the country to the big city, which makes her very excited for she will be going to the big city school, meeting hundreds of new friends and learning new things. Every day, she wakes up full of enthusiasm about school until everything is changed by one bad experience. After that experience, a bully drives her new friends away from her and tries to make her feel alone and sad. She keeps on hoping that her friends will come back to her, but they are also afraid and helpless against the bully. One day, Isabella realizes she has to make everything right and her comeback against the bully is remarkably unique. But will she be able to succeed in her goal to end the bully's control?

In Isabella and the Little Green Lantern, Dealy has written an equally exciting, charming and informative story that will give readers insight and a better understanding of bullying. It will help them idea on how to handle the same situation whenever they will encounter one, how to cope with it, how to boost self-esteem, how to believe in one's self, and how to value friendship.
