About the Author
Martin Simmons has been in construction field for over 30 years. He received his first contractor's license in California for the specialty trade of masonry and continued his education and skills to make him eligible to become a general contractor in 1988. He was named by Congressman Tom DeLay to serve on Pennsylvania Business Council in April of 2001. Currently, he works for WesTech Engineering Incorporated. He lives in Idaho and dedicates his life to his family, work and determination to seek more knowledge.
