Marilyn Ekdahl Ravicz Releases Home Ergonomics Book

The importance of ergonomics in the workplace has long been established, but few consider the same requirements for their homes. In her new book "Ergonomics for Home-Based Workers: Use Your Brain to Save Your Body" (published by Abbott Press), author Marilyn Ekdahl Ravicz offers more than 20 years of experience to readers looking to make their home space more ergonomic.

"Whether you work at home for money, for family care or simply to perform daily tasks, there are ways to perform jobs so that one's body is not strained or overly fatigued," Ravicz says.
