Madhur-Nain Webster Reveals 'The Stressless Brain' to the... Image Psychotherapist and now published author Madhur-Nain Webster marks her debut in the publishing scene with the release of “The Stressless Brain” (published by Balboa Press), a self-help book that shares insights, meditations and tools that lead readers to understand stress and anxiety, its effects, and the necessary changes to attain peace and joy.

“The Stressless Brain” is one of the first books that teaches how to use Kundalini meditation to deal with stress and anxiety. Bridging the worlds of yogic meditation, psychology and science, the book aims to help readers utilize the meditative tools in order to harness their entire being: mind, body and soul. By exploring Kundalini meditation, readers will be able to develop intuition, consciousness and connection to a higher energy. This, according to Webster, is a spiritual method towards building a relationship with oneself.

“Everyone deals with stress and anxiety at some time in their life. Whether the stress is a mild nuisance or a persistent struggle, we can often feel or actually become ‘stuck’ in our lives. We do not know what to do, which direction to take, or even how to make rational decisions when facing such stress. This book gives readers the tools (i.e. Kundalini meditations) to alter their relationship with stress and anxiety so that they can make healthy, informed decisions throughout all aspects of their life,” Webster concludes.

Madhur-Nain Webster, born into an ashram in Amsterdam and raised by spiritual parents, has always had a life balanced by the traditions and practices of Kundalini meditation. She received her master’s degree from the University of Oregon and moved to California, where she became a licensed marriage and family therapist. She currently facilitates a psychotherapy practice in Napa, where she is focused on helping clients work through their stress, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, life transitions and couple-related issues. Certified by the Kundalini Research Institute (KRI), Webster is a Kundalini teacher and lead teacher trainer who has traveled the world to share her yogic experience and knowledge. One of her goals is to bring meditation and chanting — a basic tenet of Kundalini technology — into the mainstream.
