LYNN, Mass.
As a counselor for 35 years with a Facebook page called "Mindful Thinking" followed by over 165,000 people from across the world, author Larry Robinson realized that he had something valuable to say. In his experience, he has found that regardless of their places in life, socioeconomic backgrounds, religions or cultures, people all experience the same feelings about life. His new book, "Mirror, Mirror: Reflections of Self" (published by Xlibris), was written with this in mind and with the intention of helping people across the world change and better their lives.
"'Mirror, Mirror' is a book about who we all are. It digs deep within our psyche to teach us all about how we truly feel," Robinson explains. He says that it is a book that never stops giving, being a 365 day life journal with questions to answer and spaces for readers to write in. Its message is simple to understand and tells the truth to each person about how they see life and how to improve themselves. It will appeal to people from all walks of life and from all countries, for it enables each person to create a personal journal of their life. Readers can return to it time after time and check their progress, it can be used over and over again and each time they go through its pages, readers can discover something new about themselves.
Robinson says that "each person who reads "Mirror, Mirror" will enrich their life by facing issues that people all have and finding resolutions."
"If we work on 'Mirror, Mirror' each day, by the end of the year there will be a huge difference in how we see ourselves," he says.
