In his new novel "The Saga of Quest Inc.: The New Q.I." (published by AuthorHouse) author Lynn Mathai offers readers a fun-filled adventure story.
"The Saga of Quest Inc." follows protagonist Phil's surprising discovery of his grandfather's secret life and his fight against mysterious foes. Phil vows to avenge his grandfather's death and to emulate his fight against evil. Together with his grandfather's compatriots, and friends of his own, he reforms Quest Inc. with surprising consequences. A multitude of adventures lead him into time travel, fights against monsters, and the quest for the Chalice of Youth.
An excerpt from "The Saga of Quest Inc.":
"It was an ordinary summer until a series of events changed the lives of a group of teenagers. It was a Saturday morning at the Glance of Angels orphanage in Floral Park, New York. The orphanage keeper came into the boys' dorm, pulled open the shades, called all the boys to wake up, and left the room. Slowly the boys got up from their beds and started hustling around. One of the boys turned around; there was someone still in his bed in the far corner by the window."
Mathai knows his book has that most basic, and most important appeal: it tells a good story. "It shows how good overcomes evil," he says.
