Loretta McCray has over 20 years of executive leadership and coaching experience. As a former federal court executive, McCray provided executive leadership and management of agency operations and served as federal court executive for one of the largest federal court districts in the country, which included seven counties within the southern region of California, including Los Angeles and previously for the US Virgin Islands.
