DENVER, Sept. 22, 2016 /PRNewswire/ A successful Denver area entrepreneur has teamed with an award winning executive to publish Fixing What Already Works; How to Make Good Organizations Great (ISBN: 978-1-9431645-0-9). The book launch celebration and conference will be held at the Turnhalle Room of the Auraria Student Union building adjacent to the historic Tivoli Brewery in Denver, CO on Tuesday, October 4 th, 2016 from 6PM to 9PM.Both authors will be present to discuss this innovative new book which details how they each were successful in transforming organizations into more powerful business teams during their 70+ years of professional experience.

The book is innovative in that it uses a fiction novel format to demonstrate how managed change is executed in a near real life environment and then follows up with detailed business analysis and discussion to close the education cycle. The story itself is good enough motivation to read the book; pleasant, engaging and so realistic. But the real value lies in the innovative tools, approaches and processes used by the authors throughout their careers and presented here to share and educate new generations of leaders. These are woven throughout the story and analyzed later in the book. The story content makes it easy for anyone to grasp the fundamentals behind many complex and sophisticated processes and operational theories. As Hector Ruiz, Chairman, Advanced Nanotechnology Solutions put it, "a great read of no nonsense advice and guidance on getting the absolute most of those things we already do and finding where and how we can do even more."

One of the authors, Alvaro Espinosa, CEO of Be 9 Sigma Consulting, a local company, is a success story himself. Alvaro immigrated from Mexico to the Denver area in 2009 bringing years of diversity in manufacturing operations and business management. This bold move has led to the formation of his now successful company and the North American Manufacturers Association, headquartered in Colorado, formed to support bringing more jobs back to America. Alvaro is now deeply engaged in local manufacturing consortiums and support for local educational institutions promoting manufacturing technologies and philosophies. Alvaro teamed with John Dullea, an award winning executive and now CEO at Golden Reapers Consulting Inc. and close business associate and friend, to assemble the books' powerful content. Mr. Dullea commented "We're just lucky to be such good friends and to have had so much success in our careers. Documenting all of the valuable tools and methods we used in the past for those in the future is really fulfilling and we hope it will bring value to many who will follow. You know, some things never grow old!"

This book launch conference should be interesting and informational as well as valuable for anyone interested in operational excellence or simply improving their bottom line.
