About the Author
Lloyd Foote was born during the depression of the 1930s so he learned early in life that opportunities and other things in life were most precious when he worked hard and earned them. His father fell ill while he was in his teens so money was in short supply. He had to defer his law studies until after he was married and employed, but with the urging and support from his dear wife he graduated from LaSalle Extension University with a law degree after their four children were born. "I am a firm supporter of the constitution of the United States and as the years passed I watched the abuse heaped upon it by the federal government, and the judiciary in particular and that motivated me to write this book in the hopes that it might be enlightening to enough people to cry for correction and a difference might be effected," the author says.
