Throughout the world, no word is more synonymous with Hawaiian culture than the word Aloha. Indeed whenever a person says the word Aloha, Hawaii always comes to mind, although in truth the exact definition of the word is uncertain. To native Hawaiians, Aloha means affection, compassion, peace and mercy. While to others, it is used as a greeting to say goodbye and hello. In "LIVE ALOHA," author Peter A. Biloschaetzke has created a written account of his journey to find the true meaning of the word Aloha.

"LIVE ALOHA" is Biloschaetzke's written account of his quest to find the true meaning of Aloha. Inspired by the words tattooed on his abdomen which says live aloha, he sets out on an island hopping adventure throughout Hawaii. Sailing from one island to another, Biloschaetzke converses with the native Hawaiians and learns the local definitions of Aloha and what it truly entails. This engrossing read is set in two parts. The first part shows the start of his journey from California to Hawaii and the second part detailing his island hopping experiences in Hawaii.

The book is filled with interesting facts about Hawaiian culture and language. It also gives readers a glimpse into a journey of self discovery. This enthralling read shows one man's journey to truly live Aloha.
