Lim Siew Lan Pens THE NO TITLE BOOK

The road to a happy life is sometimes more difficult for some people than others. Buddhist Lim Siew Lan's new book, "The No Title Book" (published by Trafford Publishing), gives readers the tools to train their minds to face the challenges of life. Lan describes his book as "a self help guidebook that offers its readers simple tools to achieve success, contentment and happiness in all aspects of life." About the Author
Lim Siew Lan was born in Penang, Malaysia, in 1970. He has practised Satipatthana and Samatha meditation since 1994. He holds a diploma in Buddhism and was awarded Pali-qualifying papers by the Buddhist and Pali University of Sri Lanka in 1996. He became a Buddhist renunciate in 2008.
